Hand-picked Salt Lake County happenings, straight to your inbox. No fluff, no spam, easy to leave.
Most of the first page for "PPC agency Salt Lake City" is national firms with a Salt Lake City landing page and nobody here. This list is only agencies with an office in Salt Lake County, from downtown to Riverton, checked against their own websites and a second listing on November 1, 2026.
For a small Salt Lake County business spending under $1,500 a month on Google Ads, start with Universally Found in Sandy, which posts a $499 monthly management fee, or Upward Engine in Riverton. If you spend more and want a posted price, Searchbloom in South Jordan says Google Ads management starts at $2,000 a month. Whoever you hire, keep Admin access to your own Google Ads account.
Universally Found works out of Sandy and is the only firm on this list that posts its Google Ads prices in full. Management starts at $499 a month for ad budgets under $1,500, the ad money goes straight to Google, Microsoft or Meta, and there is no long-term contract and a 14-day free trial. Its site calls it a boutique Google Partner agency. It runs search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns and lists weekly search term cleanup, the job of blocking searches that waste your money.
Upward Engine is in a suite on 12600 South in Riverton and says on its homepage that it champions small businesses. The same page shows a Google Premier Partner 2026 badge, which Google gives to the top 3% of partner companies in a country. It runs paid search, programmatic and social ads next to SEO and web design, and it says there is no long-term contract. Its client logos include United Way of Salt Lake and American United Federal Credit Union.
Searchbloom is in the River Front Parkway office park in South Jordan and manages Google Ads and Bing Ads. Its PPC page says Google Ads management starts at $2,000 a month, that your ad spend is the main thing that moves the price up, and that there are no lengthy contracts. That starting fee is high for a shop spending $1,000 a month on clicks, but it is a real number you can plan around before the first call.
Rock Salt is a Salt Lake City agency with a second team in Tennessee. Its paid search page covers Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta ads and Search Ads 360, the Google tool for accounts spending tens of thousands a month, and it says it has worked with mom and pop shops and large franchises. A client on its homepage mentions Spanish language paid ads, and the site says there is no term commitment.
Oozle Media, also on River Front Parkway in South Jordan, shows a Google Partner badge on its homepage and runs PPC next to websites and SEO. It names the businesses it works with: home service companies, dentists and orthodontists, charter schools, and beauty and trade schools. If you run one of those, ask how it tracks phone calls from ads, because for a dental office or a plumber the call is the lead.
Utah SEO Experts lists Google Ads and paid search on its homepage next to its SEO work, and it shows a Google Partner badge labeled Certified Ads partner. Its main office is on East Morris Avenue in South Salt Lake, and it has a second office in St. George. That helps if you sell in both the valley and southern Utah and want one firm running both sets of campaigns.
TKX Media is on River Front Parkway in South Jordan and has the longest PPC menu here: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, social ads, remarketing and landing page work. It also does white label work for other agencies. It does not post prices, but its site says a free audit leads to a written proposal within two to three business days, so you get a number in writing fast.
Sites by Sara serves clients from Murray and sells Google and Meta ads management, plus Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads management, which no other firm on this list advertises. It also builds and hosts WordPress and Shopify sites. If your ads send people to a slow or broken site, it can fix the site and run the ads together.
Avant8 says it is in downtown Salt Lake City and calls itself a Google Partner on its homepage. It runs Google and Facebook ads next to SEO, web design and conversion work. Its case studies include homebuilders, a brunch restaurant, a theme park and a fitness apparel brand, so it has worked with local storefronts and online sellers alike.
adMind Analytics, on Sandy Parkway, starts from tracking. Its PPC service begins with conversion tracking and account structure, and the firm also sells Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager setup. Its PPC page recommends at least $3,000 a month in ad spend for useful testing and says it does not lock clients into long contracts. That puts it above most small shops, but it fits if you spend that much and cannot tell which ads bring in sales.
We searched "PPC agency Salt Lake City" and "Google ads management Salt Lake City" and read the Clutch list of Salt Lake City PPC agencies. Then we kept only firms whose own website places them in Salt Lake County and whose second listing, usually Clutch, puts them in the same city. We read both on November 1, 2026, and each firm had to sell Google Ads management by name.
That cut most of the search results. Several firms that rank for these searches are based in Texas, California or Idaho and only have a Salt Lake City page. One PPC firm listed in Sandy says on its own site only that it is located in the United States. Others on the same lists are in Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Bountiful or Layton, so they are not here. Our list of SEO companies in Salt Lake City overlaps with a few of these firms, but this list is about who runs the ads.
We ranked by fit for a business with one to a few locations in the valley, not by size. Firms that post prices and work with small budgets are first. Firms built for one industry, or that want $3,000 a month or more in ad spend, are lower. No firm paid to be here, and our own newsletter is not on the list.
You pay two bills. The ad spend goes to Google for the clicks, and the management fee goes to the agency. Most firms on this list do not post a fee, so you get a quote after a call. Three of them put numbers on their own sites, and they make a good yardstick for every other quote you get.
A plumber in West Jordan spending $1,000 a month on clicks will pay close to the bottom of this table. A franchise with ten locations will pay well above it. For the rest of your marketing budget, our guide to what marketing costs in Salt Lake City covers SEO, web design and social media.

Before anyone touches your ads, set up the Google Ads account in your own name with your own card, then invite the agency. Google Ads has five access levels: email only, billing, read only, standard and admin. Only an Admin can give someone access, change their access level, unlink a manager account or edit billing.
So you stay the Admin, and the agency gets Standard access or links its manager account to yours. If you part ways, you remove them and keep years of keyword data, conversion history and ad copy. If the agency built the account under its own login, ask in writing before you sign whether you keep it when you leave.
Five firms on this list show a Google Partner badge or call themselves a Google Partner, and Upward Engine shows Premier Partner. Google publishes the rules. A Partner must keep at least $10,000 in ad spend across the accounts it manages over 90 days, hold a 70% optimization score, and have at least half its account strategists certified in Google Ads. Google checks those daily. Premier Partner goes to the top 3% of partner companies in a country, decided once a year.
So the badge tells you the firm manages real money and its people passed Google's exams. It does not tell you whether the firm is any good at a $1,200 a month account for a Murray dentist. Ask for a result from a business your size, and ask how many accounts each strategist runs.
If you are a plumber, HVAC company, lawyer, dentist, salon or auto repair shop, ask any agency about Local Services Ads too. They show at the top of some Google searches with a Google Verified badge after Google screens your business, and you pay per lead, only when a customer contacts you through the ad, instead of per click.
Plenty of service businesses in Sandy and South Jordan run both: Local Services Ads for the calls and search ads for the jobs Local Services Ads do not cover. A good agency will tell you which one to start with and why.
Bring your monthly ad budget and the one action you want, whether that is a call, a booking or a sale. Then ask these and write the answers down.
Google Ads bring in calls this week, but the first month is mostly spent learning which searches convert. Some owners add a channel that does not depend on bids. The Salt Lake Valley newsletter goes to about 2,400 Salt Lake County locals every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and our Local Directory listing is $49 a month. We sell both, so weigh that, and you can see the ad options and prices here.
You can also write your own ad copy drafts and landing page text with AI tools before you brief an agency. Our free AI 101 class for local business owners covers that, so your agency starts with your words instead of guessing at them.
